Absolutely - we take transaction security extremely seriously and use the latest technologies to ensure you can shop with complete peace of mind. Our website is built on one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms - a platform that handles over £30 billion of transactions annually. Accordingly, our website is fully PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL security, which protects millions of peoples' details on the internet every day, by fully encrypting data. SSL-secured websites begin with 'https' (rather than 'http') in the address bar - we advise you always try to shop online using websites with this technology.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, absolutely not. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated, and feel that charging a restocking fee is an unnecessary and unfair practice.
Why don't you sell sofas?
From the very inception of U&E we consciously took the decision not to range any sofas. This is just our view but we feel that, unlike most other pieces of furniture, a sofa really needs to be sat on in order to establish whether you like it or not. Comfort is a very subjective thing and so we feel that with sofas, it's often best to 'try before you buy'.
For the same reason, we don't sell any mattresses.
